The analyses enable a deeper understanding of disease processes, improved disease detection, and contribute to increased biological knowledge.

Job Description

We are now looking for our first Safety Coordinator at Agrisera AB. The role will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards in physical security, security technical installations, fire protection, and regulatory compliance at our facilities in northern Sweden.

The role is coordinating by nature with local responsibility for Agrisera's facilities, and you will work closely with a Senior Security Specialist who has a global responsibility for Olink's and Agrisera's sites.

The role reports to the Manager, Global Facility Management & EHS at Olink Proteomics AB.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure quality in documentation and communication with suppliers and consultants.
• Support the business with expertise in security technical installations and risk management.
• Be responsible for requirements and compliance regarding security installations such as fire protection, burglary protection, evacuation, etc.
• Coordinate maintenance, corrective actions, and training in collaboration with internal and external parties.
• Plan and execute security-related projects to improve operational safety.
• Contribute to crisis preparedness and preventive planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety coordination or operations administration.
• Experience from the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry is an advantage.
• Experience in supplier coordination and project coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Able to lead and delegate work effectively.
• Knowledge of national legal requirements relevant to the role (e.g., cameras, GDPR).
